Barriers experienced with multi-agency responses to county line gangs: a focus group study

Purpose This study aims to create a platform for frontline practitioners share experiences, express opinions and forge new ideas effective multi-agency work when responding child exploitation by county line gangs (CLGs). Design/methodology/approach CLGs are grooming children as young age 7. The need responses is key priority prevention. Using findings from focus groups held with 13 youth practitioners, school staff charities, this article highlights the barriers that face they tasked instances of criminal CLGs. Findings Discussions within indicate there many common driving factors regards people being successfully groomed CLG.
